Are you ready to stop dieting and start living? Are you fed up of counting calories and weighing food? We all know fad diets don't work in the long term, what we need is to treat our bodies with kindness and compassion, discover new healthier habits and rediscover the true meaning of health.

I can help you make positive, sustainable changes by guiding you through a series of habit changes that will help you have a more positive relationship with food and stop the emotional eating cycle. As well as 24/7 online support this package includes a fortnightly 30 minute progress call (either face to face or online worth £180 on its own!) , tasty new recipes to keep you inspired delivered to your app every fortnight, meal plans if desired, and access to the coaching app so that you have all the information and support you need at the touch of a button.

This is a 12 week programme and is £275 inclusive of everything outlined above.
