“A reflexologist- someone who solves a problem you didnt know you had in a way you don't understand.”

Reflexology

Reflexology is carried out by applying pressure to areas of the feet which correspond to organs and systems in the body. When pressure is applied it is thought to bring about healing within the body, as well as promoting a deep sense of wellbeing (most people fall asleep!).

Reflexology is also thought help improve mood by reducing stress and anxiety, promote sleep and relaxation. Other reasons people come for a reflexology treatment include reduction in digestive issues (such as constipation), relief of joint pain and to help relieve headaches.
