Habit Based Nutrition Coaching

Are you ready to stop dieting and start living? Are you fed up of counting calories and weighing food? We all know fad diets don't work in the long term, what we need is to treat our bodies with kindness and compassion, discover new healthier habits and rediscover the true meaning of health.

I can help you make positive, sustainable nutrtion and lifestyle changes by guiding you through a series of habit changes that will help you have a more positive relationship with food and stop the emotional eating cycle. As well as 24/7 support via whatsapp , you will receive a weekly 30 min zoom call , tasty new recipes to keep you inspired, meal plans if desired, and access to the coaching app so that you have all the information and support you need at the touch of a button.

This is a tailored 12 week programme and is £275 inclusive of everything outlined above.

Bulletproof Gut

Do you suffer from digestive problems such as constipation, diarrhoea, bloating and/or flatulence after eating?

If you can any yes to any of the above and are looking to improve your digestive health then the bulletproof gut programme is for you. You will be carefully guided through the elimination and reintroduction phases of foods that are commonly known to adversely affect the gut, have access to healthy immune boosting recipes which are gentle on the digestive system and 24/7 access to online support. on top off this you will also have a weekly 1-1 check in to establish process and make any amendments to your plan.

This programme requires 100% commitment for approximately 8 weeks and is £150.

Detox Programme
